Buy 1 item at its regular retail price and get a second item of equal or lesser value for free

a. Add 2 to the cart to check out Buy 1 Free 1 promotion items;

c. Free item cannot be exchanged for cash;

d. This offer is only valid during the said promotional period;

e. If a customer returns any of the items within the buy 1 get 1 free offer they must also return the free item;

2. BUY 2 FREE 1

Buy 2 items at it’s regular retail price and get the third item of equal or lesser value for free

a. Add 3 to the cart to check out Buy 2 Free 1 promotion items;

b. Buy 2 Free 1 items are usually on the same product unless stated otherwise;

c. Free item cannot be exchanged for cash;

d. This offer is only valid during the said promotional period;

e. If a customer returns any of the items within the buy 2 get 1 free offer they must also return the free item;

3. 2ND LESS 50%

Buy 1 item at its regular retail price and get 50% off on the regular retail price of the second item

a. Add 2 to the cart to check out the promotional items;

b. 50% less item cannot be exchanged for cash;

c. This promotion is usually for the same product unless stated otherwise;

d. This offer is only valid during the said promotional period;

e. If a customer returns any of the items within the 2nd less 50% offer they must also return the 50% item;

f. MAGICHER reserves the right to cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice.

4. PWP

PWP (Purchase With Purchase) promotion is offered an option of buying another item at a reduced price after a certain amount of purchase

a. This promotion is only applicable to selected products as stated in promotion materials;

b. Item cannot be exchanged for cash;

c. This offer is only valid during the said promotional period;

d. If a customer returns any of the items within the PWP offer they must also return the item with the reduced price;

e. MAGICHER reserves the right to cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice.

f. Prices may differ in East Malaysia offline platforms.

5. GWP

GWP (Gift With Purchase) promotion offers a free gift after a certain amount of purchase

a. Promotional period for a promotional free gift please refer to campaign text copy (Facebook, Instagram, printed Catalogue), while stocks last;

b. During promotional periods, all purchases with a qualifying spend will be eligible to receive the appropriate free gifts. Free gifts are only redeemable on the same day of purchase, at the same store of purchase, or same online order of purchase, limited to 1 free gift per transaction;

c. All free gifts are: subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last, non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives. No part of the gift is exchangeable for cash or any other gift;

d. This offer cannot be applied to the previous purchase;

e. MAGICHER is the promoter of the free gift and reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose this offer without prior notice in the event of unavoidable and unforeseen circumstances.
