Shipping & Delivery Information
We shall deliver the products to the delivery address specified and keyed in by you on the shipping form. Please ensure that your delivery address, street name, and postal code are correct before proceeding to checkout. For international delivery, kindly send the product SKU code, quantity, and delivery address via email to: magicher.ecomm@gmail.com for special arrangements. Your order will be delivered to you via the service of a courier service company appointed by MAGICHER. We aim to deliver within the time frame indicated below but we are not able to guarantee any firm delivery dates upon order and to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.
On delivery of the product, you are required to sign for the delivery. You shall examine the goods immediately upon collection for any deficiencies and/ or damages before you sign for the delivery. All risks in the product shall pass to you upon delivery. Please note that it might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations. If this is the case, we will inform you using the contact details you provide to us when you make your order and arrange for the cancellation or delivery to an alternative delivery address.
If the customer is not personally available to accept delivery, a representative may accept delivery on behalf of the customer provided always that the said representative must be over 18 years of age and capable of receiving the delivery. The customer or its representative may be required to produce proof of identity on delivery or collection of products and all deliveries shall be signed off by the customer or its representative on the delivery invoices.
In the event of unsuccessful delivery due to an unattended recipient address upon arrival of goods, there will be no refund of delivery fees. Should the delivery need to be rescheduled, additional delivery charges will apply. It is the responsibility of the customer to notify MAGICHER immediately of any change to their delivery address. On the other hand, if you have paid for a product shipment fee or just awaited a shipment you paid for and decided you no longer want it, all payments made will be STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE unless an early notification has been made to MAGICHER for other arrangements.
The shipment fee will be charged separately for each ship-out location of the products from your order. Your order will arrive in multiple packages on different days.
We reserve the right to decline the delivery of goods to any customer at our sole discretion. The shipping fee cannot be paid by membership points, eVoucher, or eCoupon, and is excluded from earning membership points.

SALES, PROMOTIONS & FESTIVE PERIODS
Please be aware that there might be additional shipping delays due to peak online sales & promotional periods, orders and deliveries may take a longer time. For festive seasons, please place your order twenty (20) days in advance in addition to the regular lead time required.
TRACKING INFORMATION
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. For logistical reasons, with different products ordered may be sent in separate deliveries & parcels due to the product’s inventory in more than one location, each SKU may have differing stock levels across facilities, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
